On Friday evening, our employees and their families came together at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Walters Group. The venue, rich in aviation history, served as a fitting backdrop for us to recognize our own history as a business.
Attendees of all ages enjoyed getting a close-up look at the planes and learning more about their history. The younger guests also enjoyed getting to sit in a Walters’ “big truck.” Families had an opportunity to take a unique family photo at the green screen booth.
Each family was presented with a commemorative gift of a Waltersopoly board game to take home at the end of the evening and three lucky families won a Flight for four in one of the planes from the museum’s collection.
