We believe in giving back and supporting the community that has supported our growth as a company. We have been involved in many charitable events over the years, but have now brought all of our charitable activities under the banner of The Walters Group Community Support Team.
The team is made up of a diverse group of employees across all departments that come together for the betterment of our community. The team focuses on raising awareness of community needs, promoting community involvement and raising funds for those in need.
Our main charity of focus is City Kidz of Hamilton. City Kidz is an incredible organization that helps increase resiliency and inspire big dreams for Canadian children living in low-income communities by providing inspirational experiences and nurturing personal relationships, one child at a time.
Throughout the year we have BBQs, bake sales, and money and toy drives to raise funds and collect goods. We know that any contributions we make are put to good use and provide support to those children in our community that need it most.
Beyond our involvement with City Kidz, we support many local charities in the communities where we have offices and plants.
