Metropolitan Timber is organized to deliver large-scale timber construction with peace of mind for our clients. From design assist, detail engineering and DfMA, to material procurement, logistics and erection services, we manage and deliver every stage of the process.
Clients benefit from clear communication, and expert guidance to turn creative visions into built structures. We’re by your side from day one, offering hands-on guidance to make your project efficient, safe, and on budget.
Our Expertise
Powered by tech-driven, model-based project management, with subject matter experts in mass timber engineering, detailing, and erection, our process reduces the risky and costly handoffs that typically plague projects.

How We Work
With our experience and strong industry relationships, we offer a full service, transparent project solution from start to finish. We assemble the team to enable each member to focus on their expertise.
We can also work directly as erectors, we love to build, so we work with you to meet the needs of your project.
And because we grew up as Steel Erectors in New York City we love working on hybrid structures.
In short, we try and make collaboration easy and construction smoother so each project can realize the promise of Mass Timber.
