In the very popular town of Asheville, NC known for tourists and retirees, a new condominium complex  is constructed in downtown Asheville at 145 Biltmore. Dave Steel Company, in conjunction with Beverly Grant and many other suppliers and subcontractors used this project as a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness, painting all the steel pink and raising money for the Cancer Society.

Our Role

Dave Steel Company played a key role in the construction of 145 Biltmore, a new condominium complex in downtown Asheville, NC. We supplied and installed 400 tons of structural steel, along with stairs and handrails, ensuring the project’s structural integrity. In collaboration with Beverly Grant and other partners, we turned this project into a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness by painting all the steel pink and raising funds for the Cancer Society. This initiative not only contributed to Asheville’s growing skyline but also supported a meaningful cause within the community.
