Our Role

Walters supplied engineering, detailing, fabrication and erection of the structural steel and decking on this project. The project scope included the main tower, podium, overbuild and pedestrian bridge to the Scotiabank Arena.

Overcoming Challenges

Construction took place in a highly congested area in downtown Toronto, and necessitated careful coordination with our site team and other subcontractors on site. This was especially important as existing traffic flowing around the building site continued throughout the course of the erection.
