Our Role

Walters will supply engineering, detailing, fabrication and erection of the structural steel and decking on this project. The project scope includes the main tower, podium, overbuild and bridge to the Scotiabank Arena.

Overcoming Challenges

Construction will take place in a highly congested area in downtown Toronto, and will necessitate careful coordination with our site team and other subcontractors on site. This is especially important as existing traffic flowing around the building site will continue throughout the course of the erection.
