Facts & Figures
  • 16 tons of structural steel
  • Rails will need to be installed as the building’s sloped roof runs between levels 18 and 23 to a tight tolerance
Our Role

Our scope of work includes supply, detail, connection design, fabrication, and erection of a window washing track on the roof, and cladding support for various locations around the building. The engineering and planning involved in this project is extensive.

Overcoming Challenges

Multiple surveys will be required to locate the existing steel within the building. The project will require close coordination with various other sub-trades. The roof will be accessed almost entirely by use of climbers affixed to the side of the building.
