Azura Condos is a residential condominium development by Capital Developments & Trolleybus Urban Development Inc., located at 15 Holmes Avenue, Toronto in the Willowdale neighbourhood. The condo building is 32 storeys tall and has a total of 358 suites ranging from 430 sq.ft to 1168 sq.ft. The tower reaches a height of 108.2 metres, and provides 339 homes to the neighbourhood at Yonge and Finch Streets.

Walters was responsible for, supplying and installing structural steel and miscellaneous metals for the penthouse of the tower.
Our scope included connection design, detailing, fabricating and installing of 70 tons of structural steel and miscellaneous metals (grating, deck, guardrails, ladders, and stair) for the mechanical room at level 32 of the tower.
All interior steel is primer painted and the exterior is Galvanized steel.
The Azura Condos project required extensive coordination and assisting with solving client and other trade challenges within the confines of downtown Toronto.
