Galleria on the Park Block 5 is a mixed-use retail and residential build at Dufferin & Dupont by Elad Canada. Phase 1 will consist of two towers of 24 and 29 storeys with a shared podium of 11 storeys and five levels of underground parking. The two towers will have approximately 608 units, 150 dedicated to affordable rental housing and overlook the rejuvenated Wallace Emerson Park.
The completed 8-acre park will embody innovative urban communities with approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of office space, 300,000 sq. ft. of retail space and a 95,000 sq. ft. community centre.
Walters will supply and install the structural steel, and metal deck for the podium canopy and each tower’s mechanical penthouse.
