HBJV BHP Phase 1

The Hatch Bantrel Joint Venture (HBJV) partnership has over 100 years of combined experience in Canada and globally. HBJV is carrying out the detailed engineering phase for the processing, non-process infrastructure, and mining areas for Stage 1 of BHP’s Jansen Potash Project, located approximately 140 kilometres east of Saskatoon in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. HBJV will use a combination of best-in-class new developing technologies and systems and a proven HBJV suite of tools to execute this exciting new project.

BHP is an Australian multinational mining, metals, and petroleum public company. The Jansen Potash Project in Saskatchewan, Canada, is planned to be one of the largest potash-producing mine in the world, providing a rich source of potassium to keep soils fertile and maximize food production.
