M City Condos

M City Condos is a master-planned community located at Burnhamthorpe Rd West and Confederation Parkway in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Construction on the community started in 2018, and Rogers and Urban Capital have launched five towers. The eight-tower, 15-acre, 4.3 million square foot mixed-use community will include condos, retail, office, green space, community amenities and two acres of public parkland.

The first tower, M1, was launched in 2017. The 62-storey building has an unconventional design with floor plates skewing and stacking in a repetitive pattern. Mixed amenities are available to residents, including a chef’s kitchen, dining room, lounges, a kids’ play zone, a fitness centre, a rooftop pool and the GTA’s first rooftop skating rink. The tower is due for completion in Q1 2023.

M2 tower, launched with M1 as its twin, is a 62-storey tower that includes townhomes at street level with condos above. M1 and M2’s architecture features skewing and stacking floor plates and several amenity spaces, including a movie theatre and sports bar.

M3 tower is Mississauga’s tallest mixed-use high-rise residential condominium. At 81 storeys with approximately 900 units ranging from 480 sq. ft. to 1,000 sq. ft. Located at 505 Webb drive in Mississauga, this slender tower features a slight twist at the lower and upper parts of the building and a sloped crown at the top.

The tower’s ground level showcases a distinct façade featuring saw tooth balconies that create a black and white diagonal pattern up the building, providing scale, texture, and materiality. The tower form is crowned by a sloped and stepped top that complements the diagonal balcony pattern and creates great terrace units, allowing residents to experience the city like never before.
