Seaport District Block L5 Tower Boston

Located on One Boston Wharf Road, WS Development’s latest Seaport project, Seaport District Block L5, is a 707,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building home to the city’s largest Net Zero Carbon facility. The 17-storey office tower constructed by Turner Construction and designed by Henning Larson and Gensler will house office space and two long-awaited performing arts centers.

The building’s ground level will feature retail space and a new performing arts center comprising two live performance venues of 500 and 100 seats. The building is situated in front of a 1.5-acre park that opened in 2021 as the center of Harbor Way. This new pedestrian-friendly artery will connect the heart of the Seaport to the water’s edge and provide the district with new public green space.
