The Woodbine expansion currently underway will include a 5,000 seat multipurpose performance venue, multiple food and beverage offerings, two new hotels including a pool, spa and retail facilities integrated seamlessly with existing operations.
Walters has been awarded the supply, connection design, detailing, fabrication and installation of 3300 tons of structural steel and 177,500 sq. ft. of metal deck for the new performance venue.

This project is on an extremely tight schedule due to the site being ready for steel when we were awarded the contract. We are leveraging our Model to Truck™ process to enable and fast-track steel fabrication so we will be ready to serve two cranes for a September 1st erection start.
