Located in Boston’s Seaport District, 10 World Trade is a new lab and office building sited on one of the city’s most visible and strategic parcels.

A 14 floor tower that will be part of the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
Algoma Steel EAF Melt Shop Building
Algoma is constructing two new state-of-the-art electric-arc-furnaces (EAF) to replace its existing blast furnace and basic oxygen steelmaking operations.
George Brown Limberlost Place
Walters Group will provide Design-assist on George Brown Limberlost Place with PCL to supply and install the structural steel core and erection for this mass timber hybrid structure.
CIBC SQUARE Tower Podium, Overbuild & Pedestrian Bridge
The CIBC Square Tower at 81 Bay St is built to LEED Platinum standards, with 1.5 million sq.ft. of offices and collaborative spaces.
BMO Convention Centre Expansion
The BMO Convention Centre expansion will be three levels high and include approximately 565,000 square feet of brand new facilities.
