We are pleased to announce that Walters has been selected to supply and install the structural steel required for Ryerson University’s Church Street Development project.
The Church Street Development Project is a multifunctional hub that will house academic and administrative spaces, several retail areas, four levels of underground parking and accommodations for over 250 students. The building will stand 29-storeys, including a mechanical penthouse. It will house four Ryerson University programs from the Faculty of Community Services; the School of Nutrition, the School of Occupational and Public Health, the Midwifery Education Program and the Daphne Cockwell School of Nursing.
Steel erection commenced in January 2017. Opening of this facility is slated for Fall 2018.
We are thrilled to be a part of this project and look forward to delivering excellence to our valued clients.
