Bill Munns got to know Walters Group from the inside out, first running the Feature Walters division, and then gaining an understanding of how all the parts of Walters Group fit together. Externally, he works to build relationships with existing and new Walters clients in Western Canada. Internally, he is a key player in fostering the close collaboration and across-the-board integration that are the hallmarks of the Group.
A large part of his job entails researching and forecasting, getting to know projects during the early stages of their design, understanding the needs of clients, guiding estimating teams, and collaborating with multiple Walters divisions. Bill places a premium on building client relationships based on mutual trust and understanding – a type of relationship that not only leads to the successful start of a new collaboration, but that also drives projects straight through to a successful completion.
Prior to joining Walters, Bill have worked for engineering firms as well as major steel fabricators and erectors.
