Natalia brings over 15 years of experience in HR, organizational and people development from various industry sectors building effective and positive workplaces that deliver on strategy. Natalia’s curiosity and problem-solving skills have allowed her to successfully bring change to the organizations she has worked with and inspire people around her to create better workplaces.

Her ability to build relationships and engage with leaders and employees brings authenticity and honesty to all situations, no matter how much it challenges the status-quo. Natalia’s role at Walters is to continue building and improving the culture, to attract and retain top industry talent, and to develop tomorrow’s workforce and leadership.

Natalia holds a master’s degree in Education, her CHRL designation from the HR Professional Association of Ontario and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
