Ryan joined Walters Group in 2001 as a detailer shortly after graduating from Mohawk College with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Prior to joining Walters, Ryan obtained relevant work experience from local automotive and manufacturing firms. Ryan has worked on many significant projects at Walters as a Senior Detailer / Team Leader and works closely with Architects and Engineers to coordinate the project requirements. Ryan has been Detailing Manager since 2017, he is responsible for managing detailing staff and project priorities to successfully complete projects that are detailed in-house. Collaborate with the Project Managers to ensure we are fulfilling project requirements, and with the Field and Production Teams to ensure we are delivering a quality product.
