Our Human Resources team recently had the pleasure of supporting CityKidz’ inaugural Roadmaps Job Fair! CityKidz’ Roadmaps to Dreams is a mentorship program for grade 11 and 12 CityYouth graduates. It provides young adults with the skills, tools, and strategies needed to transform their dreams into reality.
The event offered a fantastic opportunity to forge meaningful connections with the youth, giving many of them their first exposure to the interview process. As they prepare to graduate from high school and embark on their journey into the workforce or further education, these experiences are invaluable to their future success. Walters Group is proud to support CityKidz and to play a role in nurturing the growth and success of young individuals in our community.
