Walters Group, in partnership with Metropolitan Walters, is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the structural steel supply and installation for the Pace University renovation project. This significant endeavor involves transforming One Pace Plaza East and Maria’s Tower into modern, sustainable spaces, including classrooms, art areas, collaboration zones, and a Performing Arts Center with a 400-seat theater.

Our role in this project involves providing approximately 400 tons of structural steel for the classroom, theater podium, and dormitory tower. We are proud to collaborate with Turner Construction Company, FXCollaborative Architects LLP, and LERA Consulting Structural Engineers in bringing this ambitious project to life.
