Walters Group was honoured to sponsor DAS Bash, an exhibition celebrating over 75 years of architectural science education at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). Hosted by the Department of Architectural Science (DAS), the month-long event showcased the program’s rich history and contributions to the field.
Held at TMU’s Paul H. Cocker Gallery, the exhibition featured interactive displays, experimental digital fabrications, vintage drafting tools, and a large working model of the Architecture Building. Hundreds of alumni, students, and faculty gathered to explore DAS’s legacy and its role in advancing architectural education and innovation.
Our Vice President of Pre-construction and Sales, Sam Barrett, delivered a short presentation introducing Walters Group and highlighting our contributions to innovative structural steel projects across North America.
The exhibition was made possible through our sponsorship, with additional support from Arup, Perkins & Will, Dillon Consulting, and Kennaley Construction Law.
