Walters is responsible for the supply, detail, fabrication and erection of 640 tons of structural steel and metal deck. The majority of our steel is located in levels P1, 1, 2, as well as the penthouse and the tower’s cantilevered canopy.

Our scope includes 11 large specialized embeds that support the canopy on the second level, and erecting levels one and two of the Mezzanine without the use of the tower cranes. Steel erection for P1-2 is scheduled from June to September 2018, while work on the penthouse and canopy is scheduled to commence in the Spring of 2019.

We look forward to delivering happiness to our valued clients.
