The Walters Alberici Joint Venture (WAJV) was recently selected to receive the Legacy Project Improved Health Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) Performance Award. This award is unique as it is the only award presented to a contractor on this project to date to show appreciation for WAJV’s improved HSSE performance in the past year.

Our commitment to safety comes to life on projects like our work on the K+S Potash Canada Legacy Project. Located in Bethune, Saskatchewan, and built through a joint venture between Walters Group and Alberici Western Constructors.

The Legacy Project comprises nine major industrial structures, consisting of approximately 26,000 tons of structural steel. It also involves setting 515 major vessels, some of which weight upwards of 270 tons each.
