Global confectionery giant Ferrero International has expanded its Canadian manufacturing plant in Brantford. The company invested in new technology, including a new manufacturing process to make three additional products. The addition has added 55 new jobs to the 831 existing jobs in the facility.
Our Role was to detail, supply and install approximately 1092 tons of structural steel as well as install a metal deck. The work was broken down into five blocks and involved two raising gangs.
Walters worked with a very tight timeline and schedule, so the coordination of sublet detailing and fabrication was challenging.
