Facts & Figures
  • 32 story, 879,000 sq. ft. office tower
  • 640 tons of steel
  • This was a $479 million dollar project
Our Role

Walters was responsible for supply, detail, fabrication and erection of structural steel and the metal deck. The majority of our steel is located in levels P1, 1, 2, the Penthouse and the Canopy.

Overcoming Challenges

This project was located in a very tightly congested area of Toronto and required tight coordination with other trades. Also, the Level 1-2 Mezzanine needed to be erected without the use of tower cranes.
