Walters was selected to supply, detail, engineer connections, fabricate, apply coatings and deliver approximately 4,800 tons of structural steel.
In conjunction with Wood Group Engineering, Walters created a 3D Tekla model to run parallel during design and the final certified drawings were model-based; no hard copy 2D drawings. All approvals were electronic within the ‘cloud’ utilizing Walters ‘trademark’ Model-to-Truck program.
