Walters Group Senior Project Engineer Mark Nywening Enhances CISC Connections 2 Course


Mark Nywening, a Senior Project Engineer at Walters Group, has recently rewritten the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction’s (CISC) Connections 2: Design of Steel Connections course. This course holds importance for structural design consultants, engineers, and educators in the steel industry who wish to learn connection design.

While managing his responsibilities at Walters Group, Mark devoted his time to this project, thereby improving important industry education. Mark also previously conducted a peer review of the Connections 1: Design of Steel Connections course, further emphasizing his contributions to enhancing education initiatives with CISC.

Mark’s contributions have not gone unnoticed. His efforts are deeply appreciated by industry professionals and his colleagues at Walters Group.
