Cavendish Farms’ state-of-the-art new frozen potato processing plant is located in Lethbridge, Alberta. Cavendish Farms is part the J.D. The new plant almost tripled Cavendish Farms’ annual production capacity in Lethbridge to meet growing demand.

Three cranes were on site erecting structural steel simultaneously
Walters provided end-to-end services including design assist, 3D modelling, 4D scheduling, fabrication, painting, erection of structural steel and installation of a metal deck.
The steel scope was completed on a fast-track basis within 10 months including a substantial design-assist role in bringing the structural design to completion.
Supply and erection included 5,600 tons of structural steel, trusses, beams and columns with shop-applied high-performance coatings and 360,000 sq. ft. of metal deck.
