She started her career in the turbine, aerospace, and energy sectors, gaining valuable expertise before becoming a Global Marketing Manager in the automotive industry. Cynthia joined Walters Group in 2022 to lead their Marketing and Communications department, where she guides her team in providing support for communication efforts, generating leads, strengthening brand awareness and engagement, as well as expanding the company’s brand presence.
