He is a proven leader, communicator, and excellent motivator. He mentors a team of professionals and has delivered change management for numerous programs in complex environments with organization objectives aligned to Standards, Regulations, and ISO and COR Certifications, Disability Management and Risk Management. While working within the Prevention System of Ontario, he further developed his skills as a trainer, public speaker, and consultant.
