Kevin McElhone

Kevin is an experienced leader in the fabrication and construction industry with over 30 years of experience on complex projects across Canada and internationally. His work spans diverse sectors including commercial, industrial, mining, oil and gas, nuclear, and infrastructure. As Director of Hybrid Structures, he specializes in integrating mass timber and structural steel within collaborative Design Assist and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) frameworks. Kevin applies his deep knowledge of buildings and structures to reduce risk, optimize schedules, and add value across projects. Holding a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MBA, along with advanced training in project management and leadership, he has contributed to landmark projects such as the PNE Amphitheatre, Limberlost Place, Third Crossing Bridge, and Massey Hall, among others.
