As Director of Sales, Greg makes a point of getting to know the challenges our clients face on their upcoming projects so that he can provide assistance with preliminary pricing, scheduling, and technical concerns. His approach is to understand the project from the client’s perspective first, then find a solution that meets their specific needs. When appropriate, he offers services such as Design-Assist that can help clients successfully deliver projects that are under extreme schedule pressure or have complexities that would be difficult to execute using traditional tendering methods.
Over the past 30 years, Greg has been fortunate enough to see the success of his client-centred sales approach for many iconic projects across North America. Some of these include Toronto’s Eaton Tower, BCE Place/Galleria, and Pearson Airport, as well as the New York Times Square Office Tower, Terminal Three at JFK International Airport, the Blue Water Bridge, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, the Ottawa Congress Centre, the Concord Adex Bridges and many other commercial, industrial and civil projects across North America.
